Marit joined the Crossrail project as an archaeology assistant project manager in 2013, shortly after completing her Masters degree in Medieval History and Urban Archaeology. Her work focussed on the excavation at Liverpool Steet station. She left the project in 2016 to work for MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology).

Jim Forrest worked as the construction manager for Whitechapel station. Having retired twice, he was drawn back to work when interesting opportunities came his way, Crossrail being one. Jim worked on the Crossrail project until 2021 when he retired for the third and final time at the age of 83.

Ciaran McPhillips worked as a site engineer at Whitechapel during the construction of the new Elizabeth line station.
Pradeep Vasudev was Head of Systems Integration on the Crossrail project from 2018 to when the Elizabeth line opened. His role oversaw the delivery of the complex systems needed for the fully digital railway.
Madeleine Osei-Baffoe was Systems Safety Engineer for Crossrail. Her role involved monitoring the project’s hazards and ensuring that these were addressed.
Greg Limna worked as Head of Logistics for Crossrail, overseeing the project’s activity that was happening on London’s streets and beyond during the construction of the Elizabeth line.
