Double sided oval enamelled metal licence badge for public service vehicle driver no. N4962. Thick red border with white text, reading "PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLE" at the top, and "DRIVER" at the bottom. White centre inscribed with number "N 4962". Pointed brown leather strap for attaching badge to buttonhole sewn through slot at the top of badge.
