Description	By the late 1920s, the London General Omnibus Company had acquired a fleet of luxury saloon coaches that were available for private hire. It published this poster promoting the service in 1927. The striking design reveals the significant impact modernism had had on poster art in the 1920s. The geometric forms and bold blocks of colour are in the Art Deco style.
