Coat; as issued to London Transport female operating staff, 1974 - 1987

Black wool single-breasted overcoat with two horizontal opening pockets bound on the top with nylon. The coat has two sections of self-coloured piping from under the arm into the front of the coat and finishing at the pockets. The lapels are small and there are two buttonholes. The coat has three plain black buttons and a box pleat at the rear. The coat is lined throughout with black nylon and there is one inside pocket. The manufacturer's label is still visible.
