Description
Hat /headress made from bus tickets sewn on to a headband. The centre of the handband features a disc made of raffia with silver embroidery. This headress is part of a fancy dress costume which was made in the late 1920s by Miss Mildred Woolf.The fancy dress costume includes a dress, a headress and a fan.
