Hilda Cowham was also known by the name Mrs Edgar Lander.


Hilda Cowham one of the first women artists to contribute to 'Punch' magazine. She also contributed to The Graphic, The Sketch and many other periodicals and books. She often painted landscapes and domestic scenes. She also produced designs for Shelly China and wrote a number of children's stories.
