A group of young men and women on the top deck of a B-type bus, perhaps about to go on an outing, with a group of wounded soldiers below, cheering and waving their caps. Note that none of the men on the bus are in uniform. A senior officer stands in the centre of the shot, looking at the camera. The building in the background is probably a hospital.
