The Museum's Stephenson horse tram in an open field (where it had stood for 35 years) in January 1976, at Betsham Farm, near Gravesend, Kent. Discovered in early 1975, it is being jacked up by a team of LT engineers in preparation for its removal. Vehicle eventually restored in 1992/3 for Museum Redisplay.
