Three-quarter front nearside view of D1-class trolleybus, reg no CUL384, passing the clock tower in Bexleyheath whilst working a service to Woolwich Ferry on route 696; the conductor is leaning out of the rear platform, looking towards the camera. The time, according to the clock, is 2 pm. The D1-class (of which this vehicle was the sole example) had a Leyland chassis and body, and this photograph was taken by Leyland for publicity purposes.
