Exterior of Sloane Square station, Metropolitan and District Railway. Featuring the building prior to the construction of shop premises in the forecourt of the station. A single storey building, with arched windows and door frames. Original large signage displaying District Railways, and posters on the facade of the building. A canopy supported by four posts, displays a sign for the booking office. There are hanging spherical light fittings over the doorway and canopy. The scene is fairly busy with people.
