Central line booking hall, Bank Underground station, with three passimeter ticket offices (only one of which is open), and an automatic ticket machine (on right), partly obscured by three Underground staff members. The hall itself has a high girdered ceiling supported by steel cross-beams and metal columns, and is illuminated by many small hemispherical light fittings suspended close to the roof.
