A nurse stands in the open rear emergency exit doorway of a T-type Green Line coach (No T216) which has been converted into an ambulance. The coach was used to evacuate patients and staff from Westminster Hospital, prior to the outbreak of the Second World war. A poster on the inside of the door has a series of photographs documenting the evacuation.
