Bus/coach passenger roadside shelter, Hadley Highstone (Great North Road), with a woman and young girl and a man waiting inside. The man is sitting in front of a bus route map; information boards and a roundel are fixed to the exterior side panel. The shelter almost completely obscures a police call box, the roof and light of which, however, can just be seen.
