A Putney to Wimbledon garden seat horse-drawn bus seen at the bottom of Putney Hill. The Tilling bus and passengers are seen outside Blackwell harness maker, saddler and trunk makers. A pack of boy scouts are visible behind the bus. The vehicle is drawn by three horses. The third horse, with rider, at the front of the bus is the cock horse, attached to assist in the ascent of Putney Hill.
