Three-quarter view of Underground motorman (on right) and guard in new uniforms, posing on the platform at Northfields station in front of a Piccadilly line train formed of standard-tube stock. Both men have double-breasted tunics, with lozenge-shaped number badges in their left lapels. Roundel badges can be seen on their caps. The guard has a whistle chain stretched between his right lapel and a tunic pocket.
