Air raid damage at Twickenham garage. The photographer is looking towards the entrance to the garage, where the roof has apparently been damaged. The gantry and ladder in this vicinity indicate that repair work has already begun. The buses parked in the garage include T-type reg nos ELP271 and ELP278 (both converted into ambulances), and, on the right, STL-type reg no DGX273; another unidentified STL can also be seen.
