Northern line Edgware extension work. View shows construction of section of viaduct between Golders Green Crescent & Hoop Lane, looking towards Golders Green Station, Northern line. Wooden planks can be seen in foreground which form the shape of the west abutment arch for the brick Railway Bridge at Hoop Lane. Thornycroft Lorry in foreground, together with workmen standing against & inside the lorry. Work site is situated in the middle of a residential area with houses all around the site.
