Danny Robins

Photo taken on Danny's last day with London Transport at Priory Road on the road change over point at Upton Park garage, March 1980.Danny Robins started working for London Transport as a Bus Operating Trainee (BTE) aged 16 years in August 1973. During this time he worked in the East London area division of the company, based at Manor House. Having completed his traineeship, Danny commenced work as a bus conductor (N124067) at Upton Park in January 1975. Danny 'passed out' as a bus driver (N103243) in January 1978 and continued to work for London Transport until 1981 when he left to enter the private sector. Danny now lives in Auckland New Zealand.
