Poster; Billy Brown of London Town; I trust you'll pardon my correction, by David Langdon, 1941

Billy Brown, 1941 : David Langdon’s Billy Brown character appeared in public information posters throughout the war. This Tube poster highlighted the importance of blast netting. A graffiti comment at the time noted: ‘Thank you for the information, but I can’t see my bloody station.’
