First man to go through a 'passimeter gate' at Hendon Station, 19 Nov 1923

First in line, 1923 : The first passengers to use Hendon Central station queue for their tickets at the booking office on opening day, 19 November 1923. A sixpenny ticket would take them to Charing Cross in 25 minutes.
