Collection - Uniforms, badges and equipment
Railway, tram and bus operating staff in London have worn distinctive uniforms and company badges since the end of the 19th century. To protect and conserve the originals in our collection, which can fade and are easily damaged on open display, only replica uniforms are used on the mannequins in the Museum displays at Covent Garden.
