Collection - Signs
The Museum has a large collection of signs used on London’s transport services over the last century. They include enamel bus and tram stop flags, Underground station nameplates and direction signs. Many of these show the evolution of the distinctive communication systems that London Transport became known for, featuring the clear Johnston lettering and the famous bar and circle logo.
